I started this Illustration Friday thing (and also the blog!) a couple of weeks ago during a strange afternoon. But it actually became quite an interesting thing to do... a new reason to look forward to Friday!!
I hope you like this try. Have a nice weekend!!

IF - Rescue

The news brought today a very sad story.
A family lost their home because of a fire which occured in the middle of the night. They were all asleep and their little dog woke them up and made them realise there was a fire. In their despair for escaping from the flames they left the little dog behind, which was rescued later by a fireman (it's OK he got a full blood transfusion and has still some problems with his eyes, but he'll be fine). The family appeared crying on TV. The reporter told them they shoud be thankful they are still alive, and material things are replaceable... They answered that, of course, they are happy but they could not repress their tears. None of the four members of the family has currently a job. They do not even have a home anymore. I hope there is also a way for them to get rescued somehow...

Illustration Friday - Expired

The architect expired in order to feed a tiny little seed, which will hopefully grow: the seed of illustration.
